I was not happy with my streaming provider. My subscription was coming up for renewal. I'd been using the same service for a number of years that a friend referred me to. I was already researching different carriers, when I saw an ad on a Utility pole in my neighborhood. I was skeptical at first, as there was only an internet address. Online I discovered they were a legitimate company here and not overseas. I could use my own equipment if I wanted to. I wasn't asked to purchase anything except the service. They did offer ways to upgrade my streaming if I chose to. I decided to order the trial package of 3 days for $3.39 less then $5.00. (Unheard of nowadays). I could finally see if it was my hardware causing the issues before signing up for a subscription, no other carrier I know of offers that. I had been having trouble with my service for a while now. Buffering where the screen would freeze, can't find server, software issues etc. I was tired of constantly troubleshooting and configuring, only to have it happen again. My provider kept insisting it was my my equipment that was malfunctioning. I should buy a new Android Box, Firestick, Upgrade Internet, I'm on High Speed Internet already and my Modem is new. Yet I would still have these problems. After contacting Mediastream their Lead Tech guy Dave got back to me right away. He reassured me that I could try their system with the equipment I had. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure to keep track of where I was during the installation and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The online tutorials were easy to understand and use. Before I knew it, it was working. There was never anything wrong on my end.
